You can reset your password by following the steps below:
- click on "Log in" on the upper right-hand side of the homepage,
- click on Traveler or Driver,
- click on the Reset password link,
- enter your email address and click on "Send",
- an email notification is sent to you allowing you to reset your password, click on the link contained in this email,
- return to your login page, enter your email address, copy the new password contained in the email received and paste it into the password field, then click on "Log in"
