I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can reset your password by following the steps below:

1. click on "Log in" on the upper right-hand side of the homepage,
2. click on Traveler or Driver,
3. click on the Reset password link,
4. enter your email address and click on "Send",
5. an email notification is sent to you allowing you to reset your password, click on the link contained in this email,
6. return to your login page, enter your email address, copy the new password contained in the email received and paste it into the password field, then click on "Log in"

Still haven't received the email in your Inbox? Check your Spam (junk mail) folder. If you haven't received it after 10 minutes, please contact us so that we may help you.
