Canceling your trip request allows you to notify Transport providers that sent you a bid that the trip request is no longer valid. It also ensures that you will no longer receive bids.
You may cancel your trip request in 2 different ways:

- by clicking on "Cancel this trip request" in one of the bid notifications received, then log into your traveler account to confirm the trip request cancellation.
- by logging directly into your traveler account, then click on the My trips section and select the trip that you wish to cancel in the table of posted trip requests.
- Finally, click on "Cancel my trip request".
