If you attempt to exchange email addresses or phone numbers before the booking is confirmed, this information will be automatically removed. Repeated attempts to conduct offline transactions may result in the deletion of your account, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
In the case of:
- A Call for bids : The Transport provider's contact details are shared once the booking has been paid on the website. You can find this information by clicking on the relevant booking in the My Bookings section of your Traveler account. (Ensure that you are logged into your Traveler account to access the link)
- An Instant price booking : The Transport provider's contact details are shared 12 hours after the payment of the booking on monTransport.com.
- A Booking request: The Transport provider's contact details are shared as soon as they accept the booking, up to a maximum of 4 hours after your booking. You will receive all this information in the booking confirmation email, and it is also available on your account.
- A Booking via a Radio Taxi or Ride-Hailing App:: The Transport provider’s contact details are shared as soon as the booking has been paid on the website.
- A Booking via a Taxi Dispatch Center: The nearest Taxi Dispatch Center will assign a driver to you immediately after ordering on the phone.
