As this time limit is set by the Transport provider when sending their bid, it corresponds to the maximum waiting time they propose to wait at the pick-up location in the event of the Passenger being late.
In the event of a delay exceeding this time, the Transport provider is entitled to leave the pick-up location. Any compensation would then be made according to the Cancellation policies selected.
However, to the extent possible, Transport providers are flexible and accommodating when their schedules allow.
