The Traveler has the option to provide details when filling out their journey, including the number of travelers, luggage, special requests such as a child seat, an English-speaking driver, a car with air conditioning, etc...
In the case of:
- a Quote request: Transport providers will be notified of the desired services or options.
- an Instant price booking: Transport providers will also be notified of the desired services or options.
- a Booking request: the Driver will be notified, however it is not guaranteed that they can fulfill this request.
- a Booking via a Radio taxi or a Ride-Hailing App: services or options specified in the “Special requests” field are not taken into account.
- a Taxi Dispatch Center booking: You can specify desired services and options over the phone, but a fixed price known in advance is not guaranteed.
