How do I close my account?

If you wish to close your traveler's account definitively on monTransport.com:

1. Log in to your Traveler account
   
   
2. Click on My settings
   
   
3. Click on Close my account and tell us why you are closing your account.

Please note!
It is not possible to close your account if you have ongoing bookings.
