How can I receive trips I'm interested in?

Would you like to configure your trip reception criteria? In particular, to avoid receiving trip requests that don't interest you?

Trip requests are listed in the Trips and bids section, and you can also receive them by e-mail notification.

To set these criteria, click on Settings, then on Trip reception.
You can then choose to configure :

• If you wish to add or remove a vehicle category, please contact us.
• The minimum and maximum number of passengers per vehicle, e.g. to receive trips with 5 to 8 passengers only.
• Departure cities, e.g. to only receive trip requests departing from the following zip codes: 59100 Roubaix, 59000 Lille.

By setting these criteria, you'll save time by sending bids on trip requests that interest you, and won't be disturbed by email notifications of trip requests that don't interest you.
