How do I send a bid?

Whether it is a Flash trip or a Classic trip, the Transport provider wishing to send a bid must follow the following procedures:

To send a bid on a Flash trip enter your IBAN then follow the steps below:

1. click on the Trips and bids section,
2. click on one of the displayed Flash trip in the "Current trip requests" table,
3. consult the trip request details and send a bid by entering :
   • a fixed price,
   • your tolerated delay
   • the vehicle used,
   • the services you offer and your response to the traveler's specific requests.

Click on "Send", then confirm. The Transport provider with the best fare automatically wins the booking 12 hours after the trip request has been posted.

Please note: by offering a fare for a Flash trip, you agree to complete the trip if you win the booking.

To send a Bid for a Classic trip enter your IBAN then follow the steps below:

1. click on Trips and bids,
2. click on one of the Classic trips proposed in the table entitled "Current trip requests"
3. consult the trip details and send a Bid by entering :
   • a fixed price,
   • cancellation policies,
   • the booking deadline,
   • your tolerated delay
   • the vehicle used,
   • the services you offer and your response to the traveler's specific requests.

Click on the "Send" button, then confirm. It's up to the Traveler to choose the bid that suits them best.
