To activate the display of your automatic bids and start receiving booking requests, you need to correctly configure your pricing and profile settings.
Follow these steps carefully to make sure your automatic bids are active and visible to travellers.
✅ Step 1 — Check the prerequisites
Before activating the automatic bid option, make sure you have:
- All professional documents up to date (licences, insurance, permits, etc.)
- A valid IBAN filled in.
- At least one vehicle added with clear photos
- A profile completion rate of 49% or higher (see below)
⚠️Important: Automatic bids only become visible on the search results page once your profile completion rate reaches 49%.
Below this threshold, your automatic offers remain inactive and hidden from travellers, even if you’ve configured everything else.
📅 Step 2 — Keep your calendar updated
Regularly update your availability calendar so you don’t receive unsuitable booking requests.
- Vehicles with blocked time slots will not appear in the list of automatic bids when a trip request is posted.
- Keeping your calendar accurate improves your ranking and visibility in search results.
- Neglecting it can negatively affect your position.
⚙️ Step 3 — Set your cancellation policies
Define the cancellation policies you wish to display for your automatic bids.
- Go to Settings → Cancellation policies.
- Choose the policy that matches your business preferences.
- Save your changes.
Travellers will see these policies when they book your service.
💶 Step 4 — Configure your pricing
Your pricing grid determines the price automatically displayed to customers.
- Go to Automatic bid settings → Pricing grid.
- Define your fares per kilometre and per hour.
- Add mark-ups for larger or premium vehicles (e.g. minivans).
- Simulate several trips (short, medium, long distance, day/night) to confirm your prices make sense for every scenario.
- Save your settings.
📍 Step 5 — Define your pickup area
Specify the geographic zone from which you want to receive booking requests.
- Go to Automatic bid settings → Pickup area.
- Adjust the map or radius to include your preferred departure zones.
- Save.
This ensures you only receive requests that start within your operating area.
⏱️ Step 6 — Set your prime lead time
- Choose the minimum delay you need between a booking and departure time.
- For example, if you want to avoid last-minute requests, set your prime lead time to 48 hours.
- You’ll only receive booking requests scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
🚗 Step 7 — Select your available vehicles
Only vehicles marked as active in your account will appear in search results.
- Go to My vehicles.
- Activate the ones you want to include in automatic bids.
- Ensure each vehicle has complete information and valid documents.
🔘 Step 8 — Activate the automatic bid option
At the top of the Automatic bid page, toggle the switch to Activate.
Once activated:
- Your vehicles and pricing will appear in the list of proposals shown to travellers.
- You’ll start receiving booking requests according to your settings.
You can deactivate this option anytime — your configurations will remain saved.
⚠️ Step 9 — Review before going live
Once the option is active:
- Check that all settings (pricing, calendar, cancellation policy) are correct.
- If a booking request is refused or unanswered, your ranking may be affected.
💡 Reminder: Profile completion = visibility
Your automatic bids will only appear to travellers when your profile is at least 49% complete.
Complete your company info, vehicles, documents, and coverage areas to reach this threshold.
A well-filled profile not only activates your automatic offers but also boosts your ranking and customer trust.
