To activate the display of your automatic bids and receive booking requests, you need to configure your pricing.
Read each step carefully:- Check the prerequisites:
- Choose your cancellation policies
Set the cancellation policies you wish to display for your automatic bids by clicking on the "Settings" section, then on "Cancellation policies". - Update your calendar regularly.
Fill in your calendar so that you don't receive booking requests that don't suit you. Vehicles with blocked time slots will not appear in the bid results once a trip request has been posted.
Correctly filling in your calendar will improve your ranking and the number of booking requests you may receive. The opposite will impact your visibility in the results displayed to customers. - Set your Pricing settings
Define your pricing grid: the fares entered enable instant calculation of the price of the customer's trip request. - Set the markup for your vehicles
If you have several vehicles, you can add a markup to vehicles of a higher category and/or capacity, such as a minivan. - Simulate your fares on several trips
Simulate several trips to check that your fares are well-defined for all types of trip (short, medium, long distance, day/night, different vehicles) and for all your vehicles. This ensures that you receive the compensation you consider optimal for each booking request generated by your automatic bids. - Enter your Pickup area
Make sure your current pickup area is correct. This option lets you define the perimeter within which you wish to receive booking requests for departures within this zone. - Set your Prime lead
Set the minimum delay that suits you between the booking request notification and its trip departure time.
For example, if you do not wish to receive booking requests with a departure within the next 48 hours for organizational reasons. Select 48h. - Select the available vehicle(s) for the "automatic bid"option.
Only activated vehicles will appear in the list of proposals displayed to the customer. - Activate the "automatic bid" option.
This option is available at the top of the "automatic bid" page. Once activated, your fares and vehicles will appear in the list of proposals displayed to the customer.
You can deactivate this option at any time, but your settings will be saved.
Please note: once this option has been activated, you will be able to receive booking requests based on the settings entered above. Make sure you've filled in these settings correctly, because if a booking request is refused or not answered, your ranking will be affected.
