How can I contact the main passenger of your booking?

As soon as you win a booking, the Traveler's contact information (or, if not available, those of the Main passenger if the Traveler is just the payer for the transport) is provided :

• Directly on the booking concerned in the Bookings section,
• On the email notification received following the confirmed booking
• On the SMS received if you have entered a mobile phone number.

Make sure to call them directly to discuss and confirm the details of the trip.

It is not possible to contact a Traveler before the booking has been made, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions that you have accepted.
