You may reset your password by following the steps listed below:
- click on "Log in" on the upper right-hand side of the homepage,
- click on Traveler or Driver,
- click on the Reset password link,
- enter your email address and click on "Send",
- an email notification is sent to you allowing you to reset your password, click on the link contained in this email,
- return to your log in page, enter your email address, copy the new password contained in the email received, and paste it into the password field, then click on "Log in",
- don't forget to modify this password once you are logged in.
