How to request a Baby or Child seat
When specifying your Trip details:
- Use the “Specific requests” field to indicate that you need a baby or child seat.
- Be sure to include your child’s age and size — this helps the Transport Provider bring a suitable seat (e.g. Baby seat, Child seat, or Booster).
Important to know
- Baby and Child seats are not automatically included in all Vehicles. They are only available upon request.
- Some Transport providers have a Booster seat available by default — if so, this will be mentioned in their profile.
- We recommend contacting the Transport Provider after booking to confirm seat availability and type.
