2️⃣ Go to the "My trips" section.
3️⃣ Click on the trip concerned.
4️⃣ Review the offers received and select the one that suits you best, then click "Book this offer" on the right-hand side.
5️⃣ Check all details of your trip (date, time, addresses, price, and conditions).
6️⃣ Fill in the passenger details, add a discount code if you have one, and select your payment method.
7️⃣ Tick the box "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of monTransport.com", then click "Confirm my booking and proceed to payment."
8️⃣ Complete the payment via our secure online payment system.
📩 Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll immediately receive an email summary including:
- your trip details
- your driver's contact information
- the applicable cancellation policy
🔐 Payment security — All payments are processed through our secure dedicated payment account, ensuring that the driver is paid only once the ride has been completed.
