monTransport.com allows you to receive trip requests (quote requests) from Travelers interested in your services in your area. Then it's up to you to convert these travelers into customers by sending them your bids!
1️⃣ Register and log in
Once you've registered and logged into your Driver account, you can view all trip requests from the Trip requests section under Trips and bids.
Sending bids — Select a trip and enter:
- a fixed price
- the vehicle used
- the services you offer and answers to the traveler's questions
- the booking deadline
- the chosen cancellation policies
- the tolerated delay
💡 Don't forget to fill in your IBAN beforehand so that you can send bids.
2️⃣ The traveler selects a bid
Once your bid has been sent, the Traveler selects your bid if they are interested and confirms their choice via our secure payment module. You will then receive confirmation by email (and by SMS if you have entered a mobile number).
3️⃣ Pick-up and booking code
When you pick up the passenger, ask for the booking code. Once the transport service has been completed, enter the booking code directly into your Driver account. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
