The automatic offer (also called automatic bid) lets your company instantly propose your prices and services to travellers - without manually replying to each request.
When this option is enabled, your offers automatically appear in travellers’ search results whenever their trip matches your vehicle type, coverage area, and pricing.
⚙️ How does it work?
🧾 Offer display
Once the option is activated and your profile is eligible (see below), your rates and vehicles are displayed directly in the traveller’s search results whenever their trip request matches your criteria.
Travellers can compare your prices, ratings, and services instantly.
🕒 Booking and confirmation
When a traveller books and prepays one of your automatic offers:
- You immediately receive a booking request.
- You have 4 hours to accept or decline (the countdown pauses between 9 PM and 7 AM).
- If you accept, the trip is confirmed automatically.
🚗 On the day of the trip
At pick-up, the traveller gives you a booking code.
Entering this code in your account:
- Confirms that the service was completed,
- Unlocks your payment, and
- Automatically triggers invoicing.
📊 Important pricing parameters
When configuring your automatic offer settings, make sure you understand how prices are calculated:
- Price/km for empty way-in or return trips: Calculated “as the crow flies” (straight-line distance), which is shorter than road distance.
- Price/km for daytime and nighttime trips: Calculated based on the actual road distance.
💡 Tip: Adjust your rates to account for these calculation differences so that your compensation remains fair and consistent across trip types.
✅ Visibility conditions (very important)
Your automatic offers will only be displayed to travellers if your profile completion rate is at least 49%.
Below this threshold, your offers remain inactive and invisible, even if the automatic offer option is enabled.
This rule ensures that only complete and verified transport companies appear in search results, improving overall reliability and customer trust.
To reach 49%, make sure your profile includes:
- Company information and logo
- Vehicle details with photos
- Valid professional documents (licences, insurance, etc.)
- Coverage area and pricing information
Once you cross the 49% completion threshold, your automatic offers are activated and displayed automatically.
