How much time do I have to respond to a booking request?

Upon receiving a booking request (thanks to the activated automatic bid), you have 4 hours (excluding the night hours from 9 PM to 7 AM) to confirm or decline it.

After this period:

• The booking request will be automatically declined.
• The time slot of the booking request will be blocked on the calendar.
• Your percentage of completed bookings and therefore your ranking will be impacted.

Declined booking requests impact your ranking in the displayed fare bid results for the traveler. It is therefore very important to update your calendar on a daily basis.
