How do I enter the booking code to receive my payment?

Enter the booking code once the transport service has been booked, from the Bookings section:

1. Click on the relevant booking,
2. Enter the code in the field in the orange box and click on "OK"
3. Once the code has been validated, your transfer is sent instantly and will appear in your bank account within 2 to 5 working days.

What if you don't have the code? Travelers can also confirm themselves that the trip has taken place on their Traveler account. Alternatively, you can wait 7 days and the amount will be transferred to you automatically.

Please note:

• 1 booking = 1 code, 1 round-trip transfer = 2 bookings (one for the way-in transfer and one for the return) = 2 codes (one for the way-in transfer and one for the return).
• The orange area for entering your booking code is only accessible once the transport service has been completed.
