Here's how the booking system on monTransport.com works, steps by steps:
1. Sending a bid
There are two ways to send a bid:

The booking varies depending on whether it is a Flash trip or a Classic trip.
In the case of a Flash trip, the driver with the best price is automatically booked. The Flash Trip is paid for by the Traveler as soon as the trip request is posted, without waiting for the Drivers' bids.
In the case of a Classic trip, the Traveler books the Bid that suits them best according to their own criteria.
Once the booking has been confirmed:

Once the transport service has been completed, enter the booking code on the relevant booking from your Driver account. This will initiate an automatic transfer of funds to you. Your bank account will be credited with the amount you entered on the bid within 2 to 5 working days.

As a Transport provider partnered to monTransport.com, you have a responsibility, as a sent bid can be booked at any time by the Traveler up to the bid's expiry date and time.
It is therefore extremely important to cancel any sent bids that you can no longer honor! If you forget to cancel your bid and it gets booked, you will be compelled to either honor it in accordance with the booking details, or to cancel it, resulting in penalties which will negatively impact your overall score and booking rate.

- To send a bid on a Flash trip: send your best price, only if you are available at the date and time indicated. If your bid is the best price among all those sent by transport providers, you automatically win the booking.
- To send a bid for a Classic trip: send one or more bids for the trip requests you are interested in. The traveler can then compare the different bids received for their trip request and book the one that suits them best.

- The Traveler pays the amount of the booking on the website,
- Payment is received in the monTransport.com escrow account, and you automatically receive an email notification (and a text message if you have entered a mobile phone number) to inform you that one of your bids has been booked,
- You complete the transport service in accordance with the booking details, and receive a booking code from the Traveler as they board your vehicle.
