1. Try to Contact the Provider Directly
Before anything else:
- Call, send an SMS, and email the Transport Provider using the contact info shown in your Booking Summary
- In many cases, a short delay or misunderstanding can be quickly resolved
2. If There’s No Response — Report the Issue Immediately
If the provider doesn’t answer or show up:
- Log into your monTransport.com account
- Go to “My Bookings” and select the affected booking
- Click “NO, the transport service wasn't done”
- Choose “The provider was absent” as the reason
