Don't panic! Follow the following steps:
- Check your booking and make sure you're in the right place at the right time.
- Contact the Transport provider by all possible means (phone, SMS and email) so that they can respond as quickly as possible.
If the departure time has passed and you no longer wish to wait, declare that the driver has not arrived at the pick-up point directly from your traveler account on the booking in question.
You will get a full refund.
