If your payment is refused at the time of booking, there are 3 possible reasons:
- the data entered is incorrect
- your card has a problem and your bank blocks the payment authorization
- your card is not accepted by our payment service provider
- the 16 digits of your card (without spaces)
- the validity date (e.g. 06/23 for June 2023)
- the 3 or 4-digit security code (located on the back of the card)
