The traveler doesn't have the code?
No problem! There are several possibilities:

When the traveler calls you or when you contact them for the first time, ask them to print out the booking with the booking code and to give it to the driver at pick-up.
How do I get the code?
- Ask the traveler to give you the printed booking summary containing the booking code (most common case).
- Make a note of it by asking the traveler (or the main passenger) to show you the SMS or email received.
- Ask the traveler to forward the SMS or email to you.
The traveler doesn't have the code?
No problem! There are several possibilities:
- The traveler can confirm that the transport service has been completed on their traveler account, and the transfer will be released immediately.
- Wait 7 days after the date of the trip, the payment will automatically be sent to you if the traveler does not declare any dispute concerning the trip.
- Ask the traveler to call you once the transportation service has been provided, so that they can give you the booking code or confirm that the transportation service has been completed.
