Is email notification disabled?

If your email notifications have been deactivated, there are 2 possible reasons :

• Your mailbox has classified us as SPAM.
• Your email is invalid.

SPAM

If your mailbox has classified us as SPAM, there are 2 options for receiving email notifications again :

1. Add domain @montransport.com to your e-mail address book.
   • If this is the case, cancel the SPAM flagging of one of our e-mails stored in the SPAM folder and return it to the inbox.
   • Once added, click here to receive our email once again.
   • Reactivation can take up to several days.
2. You can also modify your email address by clicking here. Reactivation is immediate.

Invalid

If your email is declared invalid by our system, there may be several reasons:

• Email does not exist.
• The email account is inactive.
• The email account is full.
• The domain is invalid.
• The mail host does not respond.
• The mail host does not accept our emails.

In any cases, do not forget to add domain @montransport.com to your address book to receive all email notifications.
