When sending a bid for a round-trip transfer, it contains one form for the way-in transfer and another for the return. If you are booked, you will receive 2 separate bookings in the "Bookings" section, one for the way-in transfer and another for the return. This means you'll receive 2 booking codes, which means 2 payments transferred to your bank account, and 2 ratings. In the event of cancellation, it is possible to cancel one of the 2 transfers, but please be aware of the penalties involved.

In the case of a round-trip transfer, if you cancel the way-in transfer, the return one is still valid, and vice versa. Be sure to take this into account when you cancel one of the 2 trips.
Any cancellation by a Transport provider will result penalties! You will receive a rating negatively affecting your overall score as well as an automatic review indicating that you have cancelled the booking. Your Driver account can be suspended at any time if you have too many cancellations. On the other hand, travelers are also penalized by cancellation policies if they cancel a booking.
