You can get a rating and a review once the transport service has been completed and payment has been received. The traveler will then receive an email notification requesting a rating and review of your transportation service. As soon as they complete this rating and write their review, you will receive an email notification. This rating will be visible on the completed booking and on your public profile in the Ratings section. You can also reply to the traveler's review if you wish.

If the traveler still hasn't rated you several days after receiving your payment, send them an email emphazing the importance of their review to you.
