If you are no longer available for a booking and you really have no other way of honoring the transport service, cancel it as soon as possible via your Driver account:
Cancelled bookings have a negative impact on your reputation and positioning on monTransport.com. Every cancelled booking will appear publicly on your profile. So keep this extremely rare.
- On My bookings section, click on the relevant booking then on "Cancel booking".
- Don't forget to contact the Traveler to offer your sincere apologies. You can find their contact details in the email notification sent to you when booked.
