If the traveler (or main passenger) is not at the meeting point, follow these steps:
- Double-check that you're in the right place at the right time,
- Try to contact the traveler (and the main passenger) using all the means specified in the booking.
- On My bookings section, click on the relevant booking
- Under the booking details in the orange area, click on the link "If you have not booked transportation with XXX, click here",
- Select the reason and describe it in as much detail as possible.
