How do I report that the transport service has not been provided?

The transport service has not been provided? Declare it immediately by following these steps:

1. Go to Bookings and click on the relevant booking,
2. In the orange area, click on the link "If you have not carried out the transport service with XXX, click here", select the appropriate reason from the list and describe the situation in detail.

We will then either refund the Traveler or provide compensation to your bank account, depending on the cause.
