You automatically receive compensation when the traveler cancels the booking and if the cancellation policies selected in your bid allows for it. You will be notified by email (and SMS if you have specified a mobile phone number) when one of your bookings is cancelled by a traveler.

- If the traveler notifies you of his cancellation by telephone, ask him to cancel the booking as soon as possible on the website via his traveler account.
- If the passenger is not at the pick-up point, report this via your driver account on the booking concerned by selecting the corresponding reason.
