Do I need to issue an invoice for the traveler?

No, everything is managed automatically!

monTransport.com takes care of automatically generating and sending an invoice on your behalf to the customer (the Traveler) and to you after the service has been provided.

The invoice is sent by e-mail to the Traveler and to you as soon as :

• you have validated the booking code,
• the Traveler has confirmed that the transport service has been carried out on his/her account,
• the 7-day deadline has passed.

You can also download invoices directly from your Driver account.
