Why is the invoice amount different from what I received in my bank account?

The amount shown on the traveler's invoice includes the amount of your bid along with the service fees from monTransport.com. The amount you receive in your bank account is, therefore, the traveler's invoice amount minus the service fees from monTransport.com and corresponds exactly to the amount you entered on your bid, except, in the case of cancellation, where the cancellation policies determine the amount you will receive.

A separate invoice will be sent to you for the service fees from monTransport.com.
