You can request a refund under certain conditions, depending on the Cancellation policy of the Bid you selected. Here's everything you need to know.
Refund policy overview
The possibility and amount of your refund depend on the Cancellation policy of the Bid you booked.
- Each Bid shown in the search results comes with its own Cancellation policy, clearly stated before booking.
- Cancellation fees may apply, depending on how close to the departure time you cancel your booking.
How to cancel your booking
If you want to cancel before the scheduled departure:
- Log in to your account on monTransport.com.
- Go to “My Bookings” and open the relevant booking.
- Click on “Cancel” on the booking summary page.
- The refund amount will be displayed before you confirm the cancellation.
Once you confirm, your cancellation will be processed accordingly.
If your Trip departure has already passed
You may still request a refund after the departure date, under the following conditions:
- You did not provide the Booking code to the Transport Provider.
- You declared the issue via the Booking summary page within 7 days of the original departure date and time.
Refund processing time
Once you cancel and your refund request is approved, it will be processed immediately.
The time for the amount to appear in your bank account depends on your bank — usually within 2–3 business days.
