🔁 1. Refund timeframe
Once the cancellation is confirmed:
- The refund is immediately initiated to your payment card.
- Depending on your bank, the amount may take 1 to 4 business days to appear on your account.
- This delay may be slightly longer for deferred debit cards or certain foreign banks.
💳 2. When the refund does not appear
If you do not yet see the refund on your statement:
- First, check that the original payment was fully debited. Sometimes, the transaction may have been automatically canceled before being charged, in which case no refund will appear.
- If only part of the payment was charged, this may indicate a partial refund according to the cancellation policy of the transport provider (as stated in your booking).
- Please wait at least 4 business days before contacting your bank.
🛡️ Payment security — All payments are made through our secure dedicated payment account held with our licensed payment service provider. The provider is paid only once the ride is completed. In case of cancellation or non-performance, the refund is processed according to the cancellation policy selected by the transport provider.

If you do not see any refund after 5 business days, please contact our support team with:
- The booking number
- The cancellation date
