Where can I check the Cancellation policy?
Each Transport Provider sets their own Cancellation policies. You can Review them:
- In the Bid details before confirming your booking
- In your Booking summary after confirmation
- In your Booking confirmation email
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
In most cases, you will still receive a partial refund when cancelling — the exact amount depends on:
- How far in advance you cancel relative to the scheduled pickup time
- The Cancellation policy attached to the Transport provider’s Bid
Even though a Cancellation fee is always applied, the refunded amount may vary significantly. Some Bids are more flexible than others.
How do I cancel and see my refund amount?
- Log into your account on monTransport.com
- Go to “My Bookings” and open the relevant booking
- Click “Cancel”
- The refunded amount will be clearly shown before you confirm your cancellation
