Cancellations are rare. However, the uncertainties of the road and the profession mean that Transport providers are never safe from any kind of problem. If this happens you will receive a full refund.
Our team is at your disposal in the event of a complaint if the Transport provider has cancelled your booking, and you will of course be entitled to a full refund since you are not responsible.

Transport providers are used to keeping their promises, and reliability and punctuality are vital criteria in the transportation sector. If your booking is cancelled by the Transport provider you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees. You will also be notified by SMS (if your mobile phone number is provided) and by email.
If the Transport provider notifies you verbally without using the website's cancellation system, ask them to make their cancellation official by clicking on "Cancel booking" on the booking in question from their Driver account. If they didn't do it themselves, you can also report the problem on your traveler account within 7 days of the trip, indicating that you didn't make it, so that we can process your claim.
